By recognizing that the inevitable nature of adversity in this life is our greatest opportunity for growth we may better prepare to overcome the fear that keeps us immobilized, and take action in the face of tribulation.

Late in the day, a sweaty musk wafts high through the summer heat;

the mother bears the great weight of its progeny.

In the balance of life and death does all fate hang,

be it in feast or flesh the grassland rolls onward.

Here we see the pregnant gazelle in a fight for not just its own life but the life of its unborn calf. In this timeless struggle for survival we are free to reflect on the facets of creation absent from the lens of human society. Not confined to what should be, but rather reflecting on what is.
